Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GetLaunchpad ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by GetLaunchpad. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetLaunchpad's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your billing settings.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
